By signing the booking form, you agree to the following terms and conditions:-
1) Prior to work commencing, Virtas will provide you with a written quotation and booking form.
2) The booking form is an agreement, signed by yourself and Virtas, outlining the project, agreed deadline, total cost and payment terms.
3) In order for work to commence, Virtas must be in receipt of a signed booking form (by fax or post).
4) Payment terms are as follows:-
~ If work totals less than £50, the total amount should be paid on completion of the project and within 30 days of invoice.
~ If work totals more than £50, then 50% deposit will be paid prior to commencement and the remaining balance payable on completion of the project and within 30 days of invoice.
5) Any weekend work agreed will incur an additional £3 per hour charge.
6) Payment will be accepted by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
7) Any bulk mailing costs must be paid for in advance.
8) Additional charges will be itemised on your invoice to cover costs of postage, packing, stationery, printing etc.
9) There is a minimum charge of £15 for all projects and for work quoted by the hour, you will be charged for time rounded up to the next 15 minutes, following the first hour.
10) On completion of a project, Virtas will proof read the work before submitting to you. However, you are ultimately responsible for final proof reading. Any errors will be amended free of charge when Virtas is notified within 48 hours of you receiving the completed project.
11) All written quotations, booking forms and invoices will be sent via email, fax or post. Invoices will be sent with the completed project.
12) Work may be submitted by email, fax or post by CD or floppy disk. Please be advised that Virtas has its own virus protection, however you are ultimately responsible for your own virus protection.
13) Virtas keeps an archive of all work completed, for a 12 month period. Please note that in the event of fire, theft or accidental damage, Virtas does not accept liability.
14) Virtas is prepared to sign any confidentiality agreement if required and is fully compliant with the Data Protection Act 1998.
